Seasonal Sites available: 206, 440, 441, 448, 512, 514, 515, 520, 521, 523, & 524

These sites are in close proximity to Bear Paw Adventure Park featuring Adventure Island - the largest floating water obstacle course in the USA, and their brand new high ropes course!

All sites include a fire pit & picnic table. Our team takes care of mowing the grass!

Sites have 20, 30 & 50 amp electric available and all have sewer. Water & electricity are metered.

Here’s the scoop on Seasonal Camping!

  • Seasonal sites start at $6,800. Please email all inquiries and questions to yogi@jellystone-caledonia.com In your email, please note the site number you are interested in.

  • These sites are available for the 2025 season, starting upon receipt of your completed contract along with a $600 non-refundable site deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit, valid through September 23rd.

  • In the case that multiple parties are interested in the same site, priority will be given to whoever reaches out first.

  • Water/electric is not included. Each site has metered sewer and water which is billed to you at the end of the season.

  • Onsite storage for winter is included with Seasonal Sites.

  • Decks are not included with Seasonal Sites.

  • All campers/RVs cannot be more than 10 years old.

  • All potential seasonal site campers will have to fill out a 2025 Seasonal Campground Admission

    Agreement which also includes a Disclosure of Felony Convictions.  We conduct background checks on

    all prospective seasonal campers.

    Our neighboring property, Bear Paw Adventure Park, features the largest floating water obstacle course in the USA + a brand new high ropes course! Seasonal Campers can enjoy a large sandy beach and refreshing lake to swim in with incredible discounts on the Adventure Island floating course and high ropes course.

  • Golf Cart Program!

    You can take advantage of our exclusive golf cart program, only available to Seasonal Campers!

  • Bring Your Friends!

    We offer a guest program so you can invite your friends to join in on the fun! Your guests can visit you by choosing either the 2 free day pass guest option on any given day or the 20 day pass option to use during the season.  They can have all the fun that you enjoy… Yogi Bear’s Water Zone, Bear Paw Beach, daily organized crafts and games, & so much more!
