Please note that on our Premium Sites we do not permit stays for longer than 7 nights and, in addition, tents are not permitted on these sites.

These sites have water, sewer, and electric accommodations. Most of these sites have a defined gravel pad and tend to be more uniform. These sites are most popular for fifth wheels and travel trailers. Because of the limited availability, these sites are set aside ONLY for those who need sewer accommodations.

Pitch your tent or park your pop-up on one of our grassy water and electric campsites and keep everyone happy. If you have a small tent for your children, these sites have enough room to accommodate a tent next to you.

Your family doesn’t need, or want, a lot of fancy stuff. You have a tent and you want to use it. Our tent campsites give you a tree shaded place to pitch one tent and a fire pit for those great outdoor meals. There will be a picnic table there, but you can ignore it if you think it is too frivolous.

You can become a seasonal camper and leave your unit on site from our open date, which is the first Friday in May, through Columbus Day in mid-October. We want all of our guests to feel as if they are here for a vacation retreat. To help maintain that atmosphere, we offer only a limited number of long-term sites.

All seasonal sites are rented to a single family – two parents and their dependent children. Each of those family members will have unlimited access to all of our amenities for the entire season. Two guests at a time may visit your site and have access to all of the amenities for no additional charges also. That means one weekend Grandma and Grandpa can visit the family and the next weekend the kids could have two friends come and use the passes. Electricity/Water is individually metered, and for the typical weekend camper is usually around $200 for the season. If you sign up to be a seasonal camper for the following year, you can take advantage of FREE on site storage throughout the winter and off-season months.

Most sites can accommodate almost any size camping unit plus two vehicles. The sites are furnished with a picnic table and a fire ring. Different payment options are available.
