IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOLIDAY STAYS:
+Holiday stays require a 3 night minimum stay. Each night is a Weekend Rate and the minimum set days for arrival and departures are: Memorial Day Weekend (May 24-27), Labor Day Weekend (Aug 30-Sept 2), Columbus Day Weekend (Oct. 11-14), July 4th (July 4-7).
Saturday Check-ins and Check-outs are not permitted due to safety reasons, therefore weekend reservations must be made for arrival on or before Friday arrival and for departures on or after Sunday.
All reservations require payment in full at time of reservation. Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Cash. Checks are only accepted for advance reservations made more than two weeks prior to the reservation date. Cash is only accepted for reservations made in person at the time of reservation.
Sites: You may cancel your reservation up to two weeks prior to your arrival date and receive a refund, minus a $20 bookkeeping fee. There will be no refund if you cancel less than fourteen days before your arrival date.
Cabins: You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, minus a $20 bookkeeping fee. If we are able to RE-BOOK that cabin (if cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date) you will receive a full refund less a $20 bookkeeping fee. There will be no refund if you cancel less than thirty days before your arrival date.
Date Changes or shortening the length of a stay is subject to a $20 charge after reservations have been made (not applicable when inside the cancellation policy).
Requesting a Specific Cabin or Camp Site
Cabin: You may pay a $16 locking fee to request a certain cabin number; requests are guaranteed unless something is physically wrong with the cabin that makes it unrentable. In this case the locking fee would be refunded. The pet friendly cabins do not require the locking charge, as you will already be paying the pet fee. If you do not have a paid cabin request, you will not know your exact cabin number until check in (if you have allergies or asthma please inform your reservationist at booking time so you are not placed in a cabin that has had pets in it).
Camp Site: You may pay a $7 locking fee to request a specific site number, requests are guaranteed unless something is physically wrong with the site that make it unrentable. If you do not have a paid site request you will not know your site number until check in.
We offer a total of 3 pet friendly cabins in our park. A Boo Boo™ Basic Cabin (B82), Cindy Cozy Cabin (C9) and a Yogi Deluxe Cabin (Y62). We allow up to a maximum of two pets in these rentals. To rent one of these cabins there is a one time pet fee you pay per reservation, for the Boo Boo™ Cabins it is $40 and $60 for the Cindy Cozy Cabin and Yogi Deluxe Cabin. We ask that all dogs are leashed on cabin lots and cleaned up after. If you are looking to rent one of these cabins, please make sure to inform your reservationist at reservation time.
Checking In and Checking Out Times
Campsites: Check-in time for Campsites is after 3pm and Check-out time is 1pm.
Cabins: Check-in time for Cabins is after 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.
Campers may arrive between 3pm and when the office closes. If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact the office before it closes.
Early Arrivals/Late Departures
We are only able to accommodate those requests for guests whose sites/cabins are available. To see if your site is open, on the day of your arrival go to jellystonecaledonia.com/earlycheckin. If available, the following options are:
12pm Site Check in: $10 will include onsite access and activated wristbands.
1pm Cabin Check in: $30 will include cabin access and activated wristbands.
Check-in time for all sites that are occupied the previous night is 3pm and cabins are 4pm. Late check-outs will be available for those sites/cabins that are not booked the following night. Please inquire by 10am in the office if you wish to have a late check-out.
Stay on campsite/late check-out at 4pm: $15
Stay in cabin/late check-out at 2pm: $30
*Due to high capacity, early arrivals and late departures are rarely available for cabin rentals. However, cabin guests may use the campground facilities until 1pm after checking out of their cabin at 11am.*
You were supposed to visit your brother-in-law and his family while you are on vacation, but you are having so much fun at Jellystone Park™ you don’t want to leave. Instead of sitting in their back yard watching ice cubes melt, they can come to you and join the fun. Just remember, your guests must leave the park by 10:00 PM.
Ages 3-64: $12/day
Ages 65 and up: $8/day
Ages 3-64: $5/day
Ages 65 and up: $5/day
Ages 3-64: $9/day
Ages 65 and up: $6/day
(Haunted Trail is not included in guest fee, the cost is $5/person if you choose to go through)
Local Visitor Amenity Pass
Everyone in the neighborhood knows what a great time everyone is having at Caledonia’s Jellystone Park™ and they want to come play too. We would be happy to have our neighbors come have fun with us when we have room. Check with our Front Desk to find out days that are less crowded.
Ages 3 and above: $16/day
June 10 pack punch card $120 (punch card valid for 1 family, no more than 6 punches per day, not valid on birthday packages. A maximum of two 10 pack punch cards may be purchased per family).
These passes allow you access to our Water Zone,Two large Water Slides, 18 hole Mini Golf, Jumping Pillow, Laser Tag, Playground and all activities that are taking place throughout the day!
A limited number of passes are available. We recommend calling in advance. None are sold on holidays. Passes available May 28-June 27 2019, none are sold in July or August due to capacity reasons.
Hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday 3:00 PM – 8 PM
Because we are at capacity with our overnight guests, we do not allow Local Visitor Amenity Passes from Friday through Sunday at 3pm. We do not sell day passes on Holidays.
