Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HOLIDAY STAYS:

+Holiday stays require a 3 night minimum stay. Each night is a Weekend Rate and the minimum set days for arrival and departures are:  Memorial Day Weekend (May 26-29), Labor Day Weekend (September 1-4), Columbus Day Weekend (Oct. 6-9). Pricing over the Fourth of July holiday is as follows (3 night minimum stay, with choice of dates between June 30-July 5): The nights of June 30 through July 5th will be our normal weekend pricing.

Saturday Check-ins and Check-outs are not permitted due to safety reasons, therefore weekend reservations must be made for arrival on or before Friday arrival and for departures on or after Sunday.

All reservations require payment in full at time of reservation. Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Cash.  Checks are only accepted for advance reservations made more than two weeks prior to the reservation date.  Cash is only accepted for reservations made in person at the time of reservation.

Requesting a Specific Cabin or Camp Site

Cabin: You may pay a $15 locking fee to request a certain cabin number; requests are guaranteed unless something is physically wrong with the cabin that makes it unrentable. In this case the locking fee would be refunded. The pet friendly cabins do not require the locking charge, as you will already be paying the pet fee. If you do not have a paid cabin request, you will not know your exact cabin number until check in (if you have allergies or asthma please inform your reservationist at booking time so you are not placed in a cabin that has had pets in it).

Camp Site: You may pay a $5 locking fee to request a specific site number, requests are guaranteed unless something is physically wrong with the site that make it unrentable. If you do not have a paid site request you will not know your site number until check in.

Pet Cabins

We offer a total of 3 pet friendly cabins in our park. A Boo Boo Basic Cabin (B82), Cindy Cozy Cabin (C9) and a Yogi Deluxe Cabin (Y62). We allow up to a maximum of two pets in these rentals.  To rent one of these cabins there is a one time pet  fee you pay per reservation, for the Boo Boo Cabins it is $30 and $50 for the Cindy Cozy Cabin and Yogi Deluxe Cabin. We ask that all dogs are leashed on cabin lots and cleaned up after. If you are looking to rent one of these cabins, please make sure to inform your reservationist at reservation time.

Checking In and Checking Out Times

Campsites: Check-in time for Campsites is 4pm and Check-out time is 2pm.
Cabins: Check-in time for Cabins is 4pm and Check-out time is 11am. 

Campers may arrive between 4pm and when the office closes. If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact the office before it closes.

Early Arrivals/Late Departures

We are only able to accommodate those requests for guests whose sites/cabins are available. To see if your site is open, on the day of your arrival go to jellystonecaledonia.com/earlycheckin. If available, the following options are:

Sites
1pm Site Check in: $10 will include onsite access and activated wristbands.

Cabins
1pm Cabin Check in: $30 will include cabin access and activated wristbands.

Check-in time for all sites and cabins that are occupied the previous night is 4pm. Late check-outs will be available for those sites/cabins that are not booked the following night. Please inquire by 10am in the office if you wish to have a late check-out.

Stay on campsite/late check-out at 5pm: $15
Stay in cabin/late check-out at 3pm: $40

*Due to high capacity, early arrivals and late departures are rarely available for cabin rentals. However, cabin guests may use the campground facilities until 2pm after checking out of their cabin at 11am.*

Local Visitor Amenity Pass

Everyone in the neighborhood knows what a great time everyone is having at Caledonia’s Jellystone Park™ and they want to come play too.  We would be happy to have our neighbors come have fun with us when we have room.  Check with our Front Desk to find out days that are less crowded.

Ages 3 and above: $16/day
20 punch card family pass: $265 (Punch card valid for one single family, no more than 6 punches may be used per day/maximum of 20 passes for the season, no exceptions)*

These passes allow you access to our Water Zone,Two large Water Slides, 18 hole Mini Golf, Jumping Pillow, Laser Tag, Playground  and all activities that are taking place throughout the day!

A limited number of passes are available. We recommend calling in advance. None are sold on holidays.

Hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday 3:00 PM – 8 PM

Because we are at capacity with our overnight guests, we do not allow Local Visitor Amenity Passes from Friday through Sunday at 3pm.  We do not sell day passes on Holidays. (May 26-29, June 30- July 5)

The last day Day Passes will be offered for the 2017 season will be August 31, 2017.
